Is there a monthly retainer?
No retainer to ZROXZ. The monthly costs you see are platform fees paid directly to the software providers (GoHighLevel, VAPI, OpenAI, etc.) — not to us. After the one-time setup, you own the system.
What's included in the platform fee?
Platform fees cover the tools running your automation: GoHighLevel ($97–$297/month), VAPI for AI voice ($50–$200/month based on call volume), OpenAI API ($10–$50/month for chatbot usage). These go directly to the providers — ZROXZ does not markup platform costs.
Can I start with the Starter plan and upgrade later?
Yes. Most clients start with a targeted Starter automation, see the ROI in the first 30 days, and then expand to the Growth package. The Starter setup is built on the same infrastructure as Growth — upgrading is additive, not a rebuild.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. For projects over $2,000 we offer 50% upfront / 50% on delivery. Contact us on the booking call to arrange this.
What if I need something custom that's not listed here?
Most clients have something unique about their setup. Book a free call and we'll scope a custom solution. Custom builds are quoted after a discovery call — no cookie-cutter pricing for complex work.
